Matthew has over 30 years of experience in M&A and capital raising, advising and executing transactions as both a corporate attorney and entrepreneur. As Partner of Bad Twin Capital and a registered Series 79 Investment Banking Principal, he combines decades of transactional expertise with firsthand operating experience across complex capital markets transactions.

Muhammad is a senior investor relations and fundraising executive with 15+ years of experience across infrastructure and PPP investments. As former Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising at a Fortune 100 infrastructure investor, he led global investor relationships and worked on multi-billion-dollar transactions, including a $3B PPP toll road and projects generating $1B+ in incremental value.

Daniele has advised on $25B+ in transactions across equity, debt, and hybrid capital markets. During his 11 years at Morgan Stanley, he executed $20B+ in EMEA equity-linked and structured equity deals, including a $3.4B hedged mandatory for Vodafone and a $1.5B convertible for Cellnex. He later led capital markets strategy at GreenRock, structuring institutional-grade equity and fund vehicles.

Natalie leads capital distribution strategy and investor outreach execution across private placements ranging from $10M venture raises to $300M private credit LP searches. She designs institutional targeting and messaging frameworks that ensure full market coverage and disciplined campaign deployment across aligned allocators globally.

Jacqueline leads origination and fundraising readiness, evaluating startups and fund managers to ensure institutional alignment prior to distribution. With experience spanning capital markets and growth strategy, she has supported 375+ companies and contributed to over $900M+ in aggregate sales across advised businesses.

Michael focuses on origination and sponsor relationship development, sourcing institutional-ready operators and fund managers for distribution to family offices and institutional allocators. With experience across capital markets and asset management, he strengthens pipeline quality and mandate alignment across transactions.
